No. Vegas is going to squeeze every bit of cash they can out of that fight . On the strip, there might be some bars that might show it for a smaller cover than closed circuit, but you're pretty much @%[email protected]$. 
The days preceding a trip always get me so geeked. The planning/contacting, personal grooming, packing etc

I'm staying at Caesar's , think my boy's girl got us a hook up with a suite (if not, two separate rooms).

 

i swear, it feels like we have the only place that will dry up the p in a matter of 2 words...

im gonna go open up some player cards, just so next time i will have my own hook up.. i was checking out caesers too.. that place looks nice...

im still debating about the EDC... im down to go with all 6 of us, not 3.. im not into that type of music, 4 of us really like that type of thing.. so 1 man will be the odd one out

Vegas charges crazy money to watch the fights. I always go to Blondies in PH but cover is $60-100. You get all you can drink beer though if that's your thing.

If you or anyone you know have a players card that isn't the "basic card" in any casino use it to your advantage. You get to cut crazy taxi lines, buffet lines, and anything else. Have em print duplicates for you to borrow. If that person isn't going to vegas ask em to borrow it, it'll save you hours over the weekend.

If you want to get at some hoodies check out Gallery, Chateau, and 1oak (hip hop room). So many girls that are down for the cause lol. I know most of you are into electro so anywhere you go you should be fine music wise, just don't expect to get yambs. Too many pretentious females in all those clubs that feel like they're doing it cause they got in for free lol.

Fatburger is the spot late night when you're hammered. Also hit up Blondies in PH during the day for some bomb wings (habanero).

If you're feeling lazy in your room call Metro Pizza, they deliver to your hotel. Good !+% wings, pizza, and garlic knots.

 

i heard they are everywhere.. 80-90% of strippers are escorts and a lot of them are just chilling and waiting..

 

youngtriz you gonna be gambling? if so go to PH next door (owned by caesars) and sign up for a card and gamble on it heavy the first day. Guarantee you will get free rooms next time you come back. Gamble on it for just a couple hours and don't touch it again the whole trip even if you do gamble there. It'll work in your benefit.

They key here is making it look like you were a gambler who's willing to spend $ who just happened to stop by in their casino. In their system they're gonna see you show up, play a decent amount, and leave. They're going to want to get you back in and see what you're really about once you're staying there.

If you play too long (and too little) on your first trip, then that gives them a better idea of who you are gambling wise and may hurt you. Key is to keep them wondering. You'll have offers in no time.

Enough is whatever you're comfortable with. Don't gamble for comps, but if you're going to gamble be smart about it.

Venetian is very stingy but they have given me rooms before. I don't recommend them however unless you're gambling big. Rooms are sick though.

Aria is owned by MGM and I've heard they're generous at first but cut you off quick after. MGM owns Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excalibur, NYNY, MGM, Monte Carlo, Aria, Bellagio, and Mirage. Opening a card at any of these places gives you a card for everywhere else listed. I used to get free rooms here but they tightened up within the last year. Still get decent rates at some places.

I recommend PH because it's close to you, owned by Caesars (most generous with comps), and comps their rooms WAY easier than MGM does. They're properties aren't as nice but you get free rooms still almost anytime you want. They own Caesars, Planet Hollywood, Paris, Flamingo, Rio, Harrahs, Ballys, and Imperial Palace (dump). I go often so this is why I stay with them.

If you're only going a few times a year then play where you want to stay at next time and see what you get. The first time I went I played with about $150 at PH for a couple hours and left. Next time I called to book a room I was comped at any of their properties. Been comped since.

Also head over to cosmo and get a card. They have a $100 loss promo which gives you back your first $100 you lose with them. Gotta sign up for their card to get it.

 

To answer your question, yeah it'll work anywhere you go. Just some places are more lenient then others. Dropping $200 at Bellagio is a lot different than dropping $200 at Imperial Palace and your offers will reflect that.

2 years ago. $150 is what i lost. I played through it many times before though. Lasted me like 2 hours.

They don't care about whether you win or lose as much as what you're risking and for how long. The math comes into play in their favor eventually.

Slots or tables?

Or is it just the amount of $$ that you wager?

 

tables, it'll be easier if you play a long time, talk to the pitboss. machines=straight cut of how much you win/lose = if you play a lot/lose a lot, it's easier.. if you play on tables, the pitboss will calculate how much comps you get.. so if you play longer, you'll get comps easier, depending on the mood of the pitboss..

 

be nice to pit boss. tip dealers if you are winning.

slots is easiest way to earn points quick though. there's a reason casinos have more of those than anything else.

 

I got invited to go to Vegas this Fri-Monday. My buddy has a suite and he's letting me stay for free. He's going to EDC, though. I won't be. Basically, I would be solo doing my own thing. Should I do it?

 

I've mostly run into them at 4 and 5 star hotels but that could be because I only stay/spend time around those spots now.

I've seen ok ones but also very hot ones that I would have hollered at if they weren't pros.

I've pulled at Marquee, but had to put in major work.  Oh yeah, better have or better be a solid *@$ wing man, hard to pull a !*#%+ rolling solo.  Possible, yes, but odds are not in your favor.

youngtriz - In my early years, *cough* broke college days *cough*, we used to book a suite/apt in a time share behind Harrah's.  It was close to the strip, but when it came time to pull, it was a deal breaker a couple of times.  Sometimes the girl is down to take you to her room, usually they don't because %[email protected]*%$* are messy as *$## and their rooms look like a tornado touched down.

I need to sign up for these damn player cards already.  Gamble a grip, and never do, always too drunk or .

 

Do that first thing when you get there iron man. Used to do the same as you and would get lazy the rest of the trip and gamble more than I expected without getting any points.

Location does matter too. Easiest tail to pull is when you're in the same hotel as the club you're in. Just a trip upstairs, not much negotiation is need

Pulled a chick once too after I won her a lot of money at the craps table. All I had to do was invite her to drinks in my room, was in it within one hour lol. This all went down like at 4 pm too. random!
