I used it for a couple months but then I didnt have time and I stopped using it.. It works though.. I could tell the difference for the couple months I did do it.

i did it for a couple of months before i went back to normal weightlifting


i cant really tell you if it works or not, but i can tell you that ive never been as sore as i was when i was doing it
