HD Camcorder with a pause button?

hey there! I'm looking to buy an inexpensive quality hd camcorder. I want to make a student short film, and was looking at the Kodak Playsport, Flip UltraHD, etc. but I've noticed that alot of HD camcorders do not have a pause button (I want to record conversations, where the camera edits back and forth from one speaker to another). Anyone know of a HD camera with a pause button? Sorry, I don't know anything about cameras. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks!
