Help me find a 21"+ Computer Monitor

I've been looking for a nice 21"+ computer monitor under $300.

I don't really know anything about monitors, all the 20000:1, 3ms, etc. 

I just want something crisp to watch movies on in my bedroom.

Here's what I got so far:

Get the 23in Samsung, I have the same one
it connected to PS3, laptop, and for tv
 
If the refurb tag doesn't scare you, this is an AWESOME monitor. It's a HP monitor that is debranded (took off the HP logos). I bought this same one 1.5 years ago and is still awesome looking. There are some other great monitors on geeks.com if you wanna poke around there too.

It was probably a 720p tv but for computer their is no point to have a huge 32-inch screen that is stuck at 1366x768 resolution.

I'd go with the 22" Samsung from Amazon.
