Help! What Are These PE J’s??

Got these from a longtime NBA player who was sponsored by Jordan. Very little info on them and I have searched everywhere to try and find something similar. Anyone know what these are or what they are worth?

That’s the Jordan Flight Team 2010.

While that is a player sample, it’s not a particularly popular model.
