Hey Guys...I'm Visiting West Palm Beach...any suggestions?

Hey everyone.....

I'm gonna be taking a trip out to Palm Beach Gardens in a few weeks to visit some family.

Is there anywhere I should check out while I am on that side of the country?

My gay @#%$ mom wants to take me to South Beach for a night to celebrate my 21st birthday......not really sure where places are in location to each other but I am sure I can take one of the cars, so......................

Any suggestions of things to do or spots I should hit up while I am out there?

ah good old' palm beach....

aight....depends on what type of clubs you're into...because we have quite a few..

spanish:
Rumbass - military and southern blvd (saturday nights)
Coco Bongo's - 2 miles west of I-95 on Forest Hill Blvd on the right.(thursday nights)

Hip Hop:
Resort - in cityplace in west palm. next to barnes and noble.(Friday nights)

Club NV - federal highway and belvedere (fridays)
Club Boca - palmetto and powerline road (thursday nights and saturdays)

....there's plenty more, these are just off the top of my head.

you should definitely hit up Clematis street in west palm. It's in downtown. that's where most of the clubs and bars are located. hope this helps, if you got any Qs hit me up: jdabuet@gmail.com. have fun.

Miami is much different from WPB... but I would also try and get down to the Hard Rock in Davie while youre down.
I was out there last night and the club scene is decent, but theres a lot more to walk around and do there.
Let me know if ya need more help with Miami as well, Im located in Aventura.

South Beach is pleanty of fun.

I go to Downtown Ft. Lauderdale and the HardRock to party.

It really depends on what you like to do....ps. don't underestimate South Fl herb....

It's been a while since I went out to Florida, last time I was there my grandma's house was still being repaired from the Hurricanes.

I hope there is something good to

while I'm out there...I normally bring some dank with, but all the craziness at the airports is making me think twice about it.....considering I am on a stay out of trouble order until Nov. 17th and I really dont wanna eff it up.

I booked my flight and I'm gonna be there from a Friday-Monday so it looks like I am coming for the right party days.

Compared to all the Vegas clubs I'm used to......think it will still be fun?? Well..... I guess I will finally be legal so anything should be fun....... :b

What about kicks? Are there any boutiques or shops worth checking out while on my adventure?

If you choose not to bring any bud on the plane, let me know...Island Watersports is about 3 minutes from my house in Deerfield Beach. Its a true surf/skate shop. I haven't been to any botiques in Fl..

^^ whats poppin mike its ian from reading class wit mr.sanders lol....But hell no club boca is str8 as @#%$.....i love it everytime i hit it up for shoes u can hit up IWS in deerfield by the beach or u can hit up BCC in coral springs (both are kind of a long distance from West palm beach). In miami u have the shoe gallery (always nice stuff over there) and some skate shops and niketown miami

shred shed is on forest hill blvd and congress avenue in a plaza by a Winn Dixie . it's not bad...about the only place to get sbs north of IWS in deerfield.

IWS, Deerfield, Miami are all about a good 45 - 1hr drive from where you're gonna be stayin.

i miss goin to them hole in the wall type spanish clubs in miami

Definately check the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Complex in Hollywood(next to Davie and like 5 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale Aiirport). Great restaurants, shopping, pool with an ill bar and waterslide, etc. My family owns Passion Nightclub (www.passionnightclub.com), it's the hottest spot in the complex by far. We're always bringing in guest DJs (DJ AM, Crooklyn Clan, etc), we've got 5 VIP rooms, and Saturday nights are off the hook. If you wanna check it out for your birthday, drop me a line, I'll make sure you're taken care of. Also if any other NTers ever want VIP or bottle service so you won't wait in line, feel free to hit me up.

As far as shops, there's nothing too serious. When I'm in town I always stop by MIA Skateshop, Arrive, and Shoe Gallery to see what's up. Nothing else is really worth it. South Beach is a must when visiting Florida, definately check it out for the beaches and scenery if nothing else. There's so many fun places to party, don't miss out - just as good as Vegas, LA, NYC if not better. Some of my favorites are Rokbar, B.E.D., Nikki Beach, Casa Casuarina, Mansion, Opium, the list goes on and on... and lastly, don't worry about bringing your own, florida's got that fire.
