I don't know if this has been posted here already or not, but I just wanted to share. A friend of mine linked me to this site. I thought it was pretty mind blowing so i thought you guys would like to see it as well.

Great link though OP, I seem to remember they did one similar to that a few years back.
 
Great visual to begin being able to begin understanding how large the universe is. After looking at something like this it seems pretty ridiculous to think we are the only life out there.
