HOOD ALIGNMENT HELP!

well my homie just got a new hood, fender, and headlights. the only problem is theres gaps in between the hood and fender,hood and headlights. anyone know howto fix this problem? or does anyone know a place where he can take it to get it fixed and how much you guys think???

idk where he got it done. but yeah the hood is completely closed. we also have a hard time closing the hood and opening it.
