I've always wondered this as well. Been seeing it at the gas stations since my JHS days.

It's a dietary supplement first of all, but it does have ingredients that suppose to help arousal at the point when you need it.

I took some for a good month and a half while working out everyday. Not too many side effects other than it suppressing my hunger.

I'd take it again.
