Hot Toys Collection thread and Statues

Statues are cool, they really are...but I like to switch them up and the statues are too static for me :frown: and they take up way more room..lol

That new Spidey joint is beautifulllll.

True that. I like that you can configure the Hot toys but, some of these guys positions are fire.

As you said that new Spidey with his arm on the ledge and going for the web sling is :wow:

Man I gotta get outta here... with the sneakers and comics I can't afford start another expensive collection lol. Ive been holding off on the Greg Capullo Batman stuff and those are only $25 figures lol.Sometimes its better to not even start at all.

"I'm Luke Skywalker. I'm here to rescue you.” – Luke Skywalker

Originally just a moisture farmer on the planet Tatooine, the young Luke Skywalker’s life began to change forever when he purchased two droids, R2-D2 and C-3PO, and met the Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, the infamous smugglers Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Princess Leia! Luke’s actions helped change the fate of the galaxy by assisting the Rebel Alliance against the Galactic Empire and destroying the terrifying Death Star.

It's strange that I wasn't exactly looking for this thread, but one day after ordering my first figure, I come across this thread. I know these are pretty spot on representations, but why da eff are they so expensive?

I didn't order this, but I want it. What I got isn't even on this level, different brand, and cheap lol

I've been collecting them for years and I think it's a mix of licensing fee's, both from studio's and actual person, plus just them knowing they can keep going up in price and folks will continue eat them up...myself included. I mean, they just released an $800+ Hulkbuster Pre-Order and folks did not blink an eye....

Funny you posted that Smooth Criminal Mike because that was announced back in 2010 and they still haven't released it :smh: I may have to settle for Thriller Mike though as I was planning on having a Mike (Tyson, Jordan, Jackson) display setup on one of my detolf shelves
