They have barely broken ground on the project.
No real new to report.
It will be a new 'My Nike Shop' and not a 'Nike Town'

Most likely all the good stuff will be there, but not as much gear and accessories as a Niketown.

Is this "My Nike Shop" really going to be worth it? I'm assuming most of the stuff they're going to offer will already be available at other local retailers. Unless they bring some sort of exclusives, what's really the point? just curious.

Niketown and Nike SB is a differnet entity and highly unlikey they'll have SB's. Besides H-town already has an SB account.
