How Can I Insert 3M Material into Roshe Runs ?

I was interested in doing a custom on my roshe runs. i wanted to try doing a custom pattern of #m Reflective material inside the mesh. Is there any tutorial or any method to do it because i've seen some people try it and it looks nice. LMK A$AP
