how can i sync my iphone 4 without itunes for Mac?

any programs? there are some for pc but cant find any for mac. I found some but dont seem to work with the iphone 4. thanks 
edit: i do not have my pc with me that i normally sync with. i just got my mac and would like to sync some songs on it.

lol you guys think im stupid? maybe i should have been more detailed. I just got a macbook pro. but all my stuff is on my old pc (itunes library) which is not with me . the stuff i want to sync now is on my mac though.
