How can I tell if they're real? Help!

I found a pair of Lebron James special edition on ebay and the price seems "right". I am a little leary of Ebay only because I know there are a million fakes out there. I'm not a collector but I've been wanting these shoes for a long time but wasn't able to get them when they were in the stores. I could use some input. Do these look legit and what do you think is a fair price?
