HOW DO I GET MORE SERVICE ON MY CELL PHONE?

i have verizon but i have the pocket PC
i thought verizon's suppose to have the best service?
i get dropped calls every other call...
is there any add-on i can use for my phone to make my signal better?

edit: they do work but not to the extent of what the advertisement claims to be, it will probably give about a bar in your signal, but hey atleast you havesignal.

if you have a touch pro, you can easily find different radios for your phone which effect your data and reception. Well at least thats what I did for my atttouch pro

What phone do you have it must be the phone or do you drop calls in a certain area like the basement or all over

i have this phone: verizon xv6700
i get dropped calls no matter where i am.
never had this problem with verizon before...i used to have a Moto Q.
