How do NBA authentic shorts run?

Hey NT, thought this post belongs in general since it isn't really sports related. anyways, how do Nike NBA authentic shorts run/fit? If the size is 34,does that mean the waist size is a 34? what is the length in comparison? sorry for the newb questions, thanks NT

42 = XXL, i think.

I would buy the biggest size possible. I bought some in size 36 and my actual waist is like a 30 and they fit kinda smedium. The length just touches my knees,but I would prefer them to be a little longer.

get as big as you can...i'm only 5'6" and i have a sz 40 and its fits fine in the length.

but i only have the nike shorts so i dont know how big/small addidas runs...
