How Do Vans Chukka Fit?

I just bought some W)Taps Chukka in a size 9, and I wonder, how do they fit?

In slip on shoes, I.E. vans slip on etc, I am a 9...

Do the Chukkas fit the same as the slip ons?

I'm a 9.5 and my 9.5 fits fine. Don't wear white socks, the leather on the bottom is going to stain them.

I have the W)Taps Chukkas as well.

I personally think it depends on the type of chukkas you're buying. I have a few pairs of regular gr vans chukkas that run a half size big for me. However,my dqm and supreme chukkas seem to fit true to size.

Go figure.
