    female coworkers
    " " friends of friends
    " "" classmates

    etc.

I'm interested in seeing how you guys deal with females in different situations. If their friendly to you, if they trying step to you incorrectly, both....

i'll post my predicament in a minute....

what if the situation was that one day when your alone with a female in a professional setting she's all nice to you and she's willing to help you out, but when other females are around she feels the need to be a dominant female?

kinda weird situation, but do you feel girls work by pack mentality in some situations?

Be the dominant male, consistently. Fake it till you make it if you have to, don't let her moods waiver yours.

And yes pack mentality is a given, especially if she's the alpha of the group she'll wanna retain her status . my biggest blowouts with women I'm close with, girl, friends, FAM have been when they around the pack. They love to show out in front of them.

    good advice.

It's just weird how girls are down to earth and nice when you got themselves, then when there's a couple girls in the room, that same girl wants to bark orders.

I put my foot down last week and told a girl to stop showing off in front of everyone else....she was tiiiiight

I just don't understand it. Girl cooked me a damn cake one day and later in the week was talking down to me outta no where....

basically. most females at work i don't try to get at in any way unless they're purposefully throwing vibes at me. I've seen way too many bad things happen in the workplace due to people getting caught up in the thirst game. This ranges from Wendys to the corporate world, i've seen all that.

chicks on the street i'm not to good at randomly hollering because that's just never been my thing. but a social event like a concert or a party then hell yea because i know for a fact they're out there to get chose. but just not like McDonald's or the grocery store (though people tell me that works all the time).

that's about it, though. I mean as an adult you really don't have things like classes which are a great way to meet women. I have done well getting broads when i'm in recreational leagues like kickball, dodgeball etc. plus there's alot of drinking involved and partying which leads to chicks being down with the one-nighter.

Overall, though, i treat females like people. Only people who are very insulated in their opinions because since they've had titties every dude on earth has agreed with everything they have to say about anything. I like to try to challenge broads without being a jerk, but if a chick is offended by me it doesn't bother me in the slightest. The biggest thing that got me doing good in terms of handling women (including the women in my family) was not giving two efs whether they liked my opinion or not and not being interested in arguing about everything. you can let a woman know they're talking BS without being rude. You just gotta do what they do and have a "look" that means, "oh your talking out of your butt right now, but since you're cute i'mma let it slide. but just know that i know that you sound dumb." usually it's a slight nod and a kinda obvious smirk.

Basically what I'm saying is, watch Seinfeld. Dude had the game on lock, period point blank. Every episode smashing a different broad, and still had Elaine there at all times riding or dying for him.

Yea bruh you gotta call that early. What I realized about girls is that you can basically be a huge jerk to them as long as you're not confrontational about it. If she's acting like that, then just laugh and smile while you tell her that she's showing off for her friends. Literally if you laugh and smile you could tell her to sit down abd be quiet, and if she starts getting mad just play the victim in a jokey way, like "Ma'am, please you're scaring me. Let's cool our jets this is getting intense." Just clown her into submission without being mean though.

To give you guys some background:

I'm in graduate school and my class demographics is this: 24 girls, 1 guy(me)

If there is anything I learned from this experience it's that these girls are psycho's. The girl you see on a monday is not the same girl you see on a friday. Maybe you dudes who have female coworkers can attest to this.

Some days I just stop talking to them and then they all approach me individually asking me if somethings wrong  it's like "yea some you ******* are *****"

I talked to my male professors and they were like "try not to talk to them too much"....

I like to sit from afar and enjoy their pack mentality nature, then catch one that strays from the herd and find out they're not at all like they are surrounded by their friends.

The thing is to NOT deal with women (or anyone) like that at ALL.

Don't even give them eye contact.

Don't engage in any small talk. Keep it work related.

Honey wants to get cute? Coooooooooooool.

Act as if she doesn't even exist.

i don't have time to get upset or show much emotion if one does something i disagree with. i normally just say okay and call it a day. doesn't happen often though.

Dude I do do that, thing is I get looked at like I just had my period

then I get a barrage of questions like "what's wrong with you?", "Is there something wrong?" , "Is everything ok?"

I've been thinking about this for a couple weeks now, and i'm not smart enough to time these ******* cycles so I think my best bet is to keep it professional and stop trying to conversate with known line steppers.

Sucks man cuz these ******* want equality but they go above and beyond when it's not even necessary.

Just the other day another girl was crazy nice to me in the morning, I left the building and I ran into cute girl who is about to start the grad program in the fall, peeped 'ol girl spying on us from the 2nd floor window....walk back into the building to get something...ask this ***** a question and she tells me "I don't know everything, go find out yourself"....i'm like wtf son

 That's how it is man.

Anytime you're asked "what's wrooooooong Grim? did I do something to make you maaaaaaad? etc"... just play it cool on some "huh? am I mad? nah baby everything's cool" and continue NOT to talk to their crazy *****.

    Take your professor's advice.
