I used to eat well done, until I tried medium rare.

so much more juicy and tender. plus well done it cooks all of the nutrients out of the meat. medium rare is the way to go.

I don't know why you would order anything more cooked than medium. After that point, the meat gets chewy and there's no juices left for flavor.

Nothing beats when a steak is cook perfectly (for me at least) red on the inside and burnt marks on the outside.
