How do you make an organization Facebook w/o connecting to a personal acct?

So I got tasked with it, and first tried using the "Create a page" link while logged in, but quickly realized that won't work because I don't want to give the CDR (it's for an Army Unit) my password. He doesn't want it linked to his account either, but presumably he's going to sync it to his Blackberry, iPhone, etc.

What I really want to do is what they have done here. Somehow they broke Facebook's conventional layout and put his own links on the left, where he linked to other content and a FBML link which goes nowhere but then I can make a page for each Battery individually and link to them.

These are 2 other organizational FB's from the post I work for so I want to follow their example somewhat.

the USB might not be enough to charge it when its bascially out of juice. just like the older iPods when it totally ran out of power you couldnt use the USB to initially charge it up, you had to plug it in the wall. more than likely its the same thing going on. Needs more amps when its totally drained. just a guess
