It's "Ny-Key".

It makes me cringe when I hear people out here pronounce the brand as "Nyk". I guess they're thinking that it's pronounced like "Mike", but with an "N".

In North America it is typically pronounced "Nye-kee" however, in many European countries and others such as NZ they pronounce it as a single sylable "Nyek"
