For me 1 week takes me 10 mins warm up to get back in form, 2 weeks, takes maybe 2 evenings, 3 weeks, so far 4 evenings over the week & i'm still struggling with my breathe and lack of power. The 1st day was pretty low. I had longer breaks before but it wasn't that bad. But then during those breaks i do jog like once a week.
