I was challenged by my daughter.

Got to 56 seconds.

No cheating.

Clock seconds.

Mississippi counts would have probably cut that in half lol.

1 minute and 15 seconds. I had it up to a minute and a half when I was kid.

1 minute and 2 seconds.

Tbh I'm really surprised lol, I did lose half a lung after all. It has since regenerated but I figured I'd still only get like 30 seconds.

30 minutes later I still feel that attempt in my chest, no thanks to a retry

I'm right at the 1 min mark. But if im eating mass I can go a cool 2 min.

Holy crap! I just tried this. This actually works. Did it laying down with the heavy push breathing and went from 1 min to 1:40 first try :emoji_astonished: Felt relaxed af and somehow just felt light with no panic and felt like there was a reserve in my lungs.

51 seconds. i feel like i've gone longer when i was younger. i wonder if getting covid affected me.

One minute 30 seconds without doing any breathing exercises and stopping before i got uncomfortable.

my scuba instructor was teaching me a bunch of easy ways to hold my breath longer but I haven’t practiced in a while. Dude held his breath for like 5 or 6 minutes without air. He said he’s done 8 minutes. I’m good on that
