How many times do you sleep on your beddings until you wash them?

i don't have time to shower in the morning.
but as for sheets I rarely change them until I see them getting dirty or smelly. so like once every 2 months

I make time to shower. It wakes me up in the morning and I feel more energized when I leave my apartment. I leave my place early for work every morning.

once a week.....and I rotate the bed once every two weeks.......the only way to keep your bed fresh...
