Big release this week is J/RMG R&B ruler Alicia Keys' The Element of Freedom, which includes her version of the Jay-Z hit, "Empire State of Mind." Based on reports from one-day retailers with egg nog hangovers overdose at the office party, the album is in the 330-350k range
shes probably gonna do a little more..probably 375k like CFB says.

The only question remains, why hasn't Tiger Woods dated her yet? Don't look now, but her Syco/Columbia album I Dreamed a Dream is on target for another 500-600k next week, which would catapult her well over double-platinum in a month

'The Evolution of Robin Thicke' sold 1.5 Mil + in the U.S.

It is good. Is that an overwhelming amount of records to you?!. It took a re release to get that 1.5. Consider the times, what kind of artist he is, & howmuch he's sold in the past 100k IS GOOD.

100K for Robin is good.
And he hasn't even released some of the better songs as singles yet.
I predict TEOF being AKeys biggest selling album to date, especially if she continues to put out the right singles (not like any of the songs are bad oranything).
I know right now that is she releases "That's How Strong My Love Is" and "Unthinkable" she'll do an easy extra 300-350k.
