How to get creases out of the valentines 5s?

I have worn my valentines maybe 6 times and they're already creased. The material on the shoe is hard, and it's not leather so I have no idea how I would get the creases out of those. Anyone know?

Try using a shoe tree or the cardboard inserts that it came with.
