When co-workers ask you how was your weekend do you give a simple reply and say good and keep it moving or do you like tell them exactly what you did on the weekend? The boss of my boss just asked me and it caught me off guard so I just said good. But even if I answered I didn’t want to sound lame and be like I didn’t do nada during that weekend which is true lol…

Depends on co-worker. If it's someone I f*** with, it will be a more in depth conversation.

If it's someone I don't really talk to beyond work related stuff, it's a "good. you?" type response.

I woulda said the truth. If I didn't do anything which is nice I would've said: "it was nice, I didn't do anything."

I give them a sarcastic answer.

"Oh, let me tell you... there was a lot of b*** involved."

"Did you not see my Instagram?!!!" (knowing damn well you haven't shared it with them nor do you have one in the first place)

"I almost died. But that's a story for another day." (walk away sipping coffee)

I'm always "just chillin" every weekend no matter what...cant give put too many details bout my off days to the co workers :lol

I usually just say “good”. Or if I did anything interesting I’ll usually share (depending on who’s asking).

One thing I’m trying to be better about is actually asking the other person how their weekend was. I think I’m bad about it because I probably don’t truly care.. but I feel like they ask about mine sometimes just so I can ask back and they can tell me about what they did lol.

Anybody but my boss, one of the other black dudes, or this lady upstairs that I know outside of work get the "good" and that's it.
