Here in Corona, these winds are insane reaching 30-45MPH at least.

There's trees snapped in half, on every corner, its insane.

This weather is too random.

yea my girlfriend was driving on the 210 coming into san bernardino and she said 2 trucks had fell over because of the high winds. I'm hoping campus is closed tomorrow due to the winds.

well, is super smoky here. im in Santa Clarita right in between the Canyon Country and Castaic Fires. smoke is everywhere. it sucks.

Anyone know if any of the colleges might cancel school? I heard UCSD cancelled it in 02-03 or somethin cuz of it for a couple days. this air is terrible...my throat got weird after being exposed to the air. And is UCI cancelling?

i know no one's probably awake but it's seemingly got worse. i can hear those thundering winds and the smell of incense is all over the place. this is not good. my nose has taken some toll from these unhealthy fumes. if we have school tomorrow i'll be steamed, if the current conditions stick..hell even Ahhnold declared it a state of emergency and NorCal firefighters are fightin it now. Supposedly SD is covered with wildfires

UCSD classes got cancelled!!! Yay!

But on the real I really hope they get this thing contained ASAP. I'm a Norcal dude so I never experienced something like this.
