Yep, just doing simple rounding 5000 sq ft for a mil is 200$ a sq ft. You can do better than that in Atlanta as well, not that we're threadcrapping that house because that is amazing itself.

But in Texas you can do as low as 100$ sq/ft for a new construction, i.e 5,000 sq ft for $500,000

Come on man u can get something better in Miami for a mil. That picture of Miami mad know sense. Lol!!

That house better have the Will Smith revolving door, an underground tunnel, and a bomb proof man cave.

LULZ wut? thats not a steal

in my area or even a little north, we got houses bigger and nicer than the atlanta house you posted for less than a mill.

I mean why would you want THAT big of a house tho

Dust gon collect in half those rooms

if you got a family, everyone gon be in a different room/part of the house all the time pretty much

Wouldnt go more than 3-4k sqft when I have the money

Would rather fill those rooms with nice and quality things and cop some whips

looking like they have other company's listings and just added to the price so if you buy it from them they will just buy it from someone else and keep the change.

This is 750k in Atlanta and 7200sq ft so still around that 100$ figure I mentioned earlier, and yes this is all one house

Somewhere that's cheap right now, hell actually you can get tons of them on eBay, is Florida around the Disney Land area. Some of these condos are going for like 22,000 are

and furnished, only problem is the HOA fees are high as $**%.

I probably could get 25 neighborhoods with a mill in Detroit though
