Yep, just doing simple rounding 5000 sq ft for a mil is 200$ a sq ft. You can do better than that in Atlanta as well, not that we're threadcrapping that house because that is amazing itself.

But in Texas you can do as low as 100$ sq/ft for a new construction, i.e 5,000 sq ft for $500,000

This is 750k in Atlanta and 7200sq ft so still around that 100$ figure I mentioned earlier, and yes this is all one house

8000 sq ft, a basketball court, tennis court, acreage and pool for 900,000 in Atlanta

Somewhere that's cheap right now, hell actually you can get tons of them on eBay, is Florida around the Disney Land area. Some of these condos are going for like 22,000 are

and furnished, only problem is the HOA fees are high as $**%.
