i work at a tax place and they beat people over the head with charges and fees............and these people dont even care until its too late........like how you sign paper work with out asking how much we charging i feel bad some time and just take 75-150 off with out even asking my boss (which you have to for anything over 50)

and the sad thing is this happens at all the big name tax places
