So I try to connect to the internet with it and it gives me the same message that it can't find my IP address and it's starting to tick me off BTW,I'm using a 2wire 2701HG-B router.
I need some help setting up my Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter...

Try turning the router off then back on. Then try to connect

Call 2wire. That's what I did and then they handled the rest. I had the same problem...

erase to ip address on your computer than try it
