I want to stop biting my finger nails.

I really do, I want to go get a mani and pedi too, I need to stop biting my hands first. Any tips NT?

Women pay a lot of attention to a man's hands...as far as them being clean, not having ridiculously long nails or really jacked up jagged short or bitten nails.  They make a glue/paste you can put on your fingers that taste like crap and deters you from biting them until you break the habit. 

Mind over matter though man.
