Identify Nike Basketball Shoes: Original Jordan 1's vs ???

please help identify white and blue sneakers on the left.

asked my sneaker head brother-in-law and he's even stumped by these. we were debating air force one's, which jordan 1's were based on. my brother purchased both of these in 1985. designs are similar with the exception of small variation at the front break, rear of the shoe, soles, ankle support, and logos.
