If extra-terrestrials have been documented... wouldn't it be on wikilinks??

I recall reading somewhere that some south american governments were releasing documentation from the 1970s of Alien (Extra Terrestrial) events...
Now that the media has outlets such as Wikilinks (non profit, anti-censorship) forums, wouldn't they be able to break the news?

And honestly I am not trying to start an "Alien" discussion, this is mainly about spreading CONCRETE info and not theory

Alien life exists. Whether or not it's intelligent, at least to the point that they could make contact with us, should be the discussion.
