I used Ulead. I'm going to do it over and remove some more frames. I'm going to try and optimize in Flash and Photoshop CS3.

I generally try to cut mine down to less than 50 frames
and then I resize the image from 100x100 to 100x50 or 70x50
then the optimization is the tough part, keeping it under for YUKU
