youre gonna get conflicting opinions about this.  some say its not bootleg and immature to do so.  I disagree.  I like to bring a few bottles of jameson to chill on in the room if im relaxing in between gambling sessions or while im getting to ready to go out.  as far as "pre-gaming"  some people look at it differently.  For me, its not like I'm trying to walk that fine line of being nice and faded but not quite drop dead drunk prior to hittin the door.  I dont see no harm in having 5-6 drinks before heading out to the bar/club/lounge whatever.  Its not like I am trying to 1 and done it at the bar, im still gonna booze when I get to my destination, but it saves me from buying twelve $20 drinks at the bar.

im assuming the weather is heating up in vegas?  bring somethin to hit the pool in during the day.

^^You could prolly just hit up a liquor store there, I'd def pre funk before the club to get a small buzz. Haven't been to clubs there but heard drinks are very expensive.

why would you bring alcohol to Vegas?

that's like bringing sand to a beach
cause you're paying 2-3x the sand price for the same hours you get to go swimming

and i know the priceyness is part of the experience but you're already dropping enough money on a room and a hotel. plus getting into clubs and al other activities. no need to front and throw away money when you can throw it away gambling or on other things

^ will they bring you jameson on the rocks though?  I used to think they will bring you anything reasonable until i saw some dude almost lose it at the craps table.  This dude was playing mainly black chips and above.  Any green or red chips he got he would give it to the dudes workin the pit as tip, or throw em on stupid bets like 1 roll yo.  Easily had atleast $2K+ in play at any given time, and probably had no less than $10K in chips on him and was throwin em around like they goin out of style.  He asked the server for 5 shots of patron for him and his crew, and the waitress told him NO.  He looked like he was gonna choke that chick.  Waitress was goin on about how she couldnt serve that, against policy, yadda yadda somethin or another.  Dude yelled for the boss to come over and the pit boss had to set ole girl straight.  Something tells me if that was me playing my dinky little red and green chips, they woulda told me to F off and I'm not gettin my patron shots.

what the casino will serve you depends on the quality of the casino

I know that whenever I play at Wynn, or Bellagio they give me pretty much anything I ask for

Def bring your own liqs. Even though the casino will provide drinks this is only while you're gambling. Unless you have a Diamond Card and can hit up Diamond Club at the Harrahs's properties

Dunno what casino you where at, but at all of the Harrah's properties and the Palms, they give you pretty much anything you ask for except stuff like Johnnie blue or Patron platinum.

This is what you need. Take as much as you can afford to lose and have a freaking blast. Las Vegas is the closest thing we have to heaven here on earth. Oh yeah, don't spend all your time drunk, take some time to see the sites, try the world class cuisine.

Not in the same bundle, don't be the dude that blows his wad and doesn't have enough to buy a cheeseburger.

-Dress clothes (Night)

-Sandals, Shorts (Pool)

@ not bringing your own liquor.

Last trip to LV, which was two weeks ago....

We had booze the whole time, everytime we left the room I had a drink in my hand (Jack + Coke) and a beer in each back pocket.  Even then, we were still buying drinks at the bars, shooters w/ soda at the mini stores (soda $3 + 2 shooters (JD7) $10 = $13
).  The drinks that you get when you are betting are soft as hell
.  Go with beer, they can't water it down.

Unfortunately when you fly you can't carry that much beer, even when I fly I take a bottle or two...

Vegas = Expensive $$# drinks everywhere you go.

1) have your id with you at all times. especially if you play with sunglasses and a fitted hat or have a clean shaven, babyface.
2) bring booze with you, or sit around and wait for comp drink or spend $$$ at the bar or the gift shop.

-Booze at the room is great for pregaming (a quick toast among the boys), after parties, and when you pick up an underage chick

-depending on where ur staying and who ur with, it can be an hassle getting a bottle, a journey pretty much, and then carrying it around everyone. One time I was with a group of my boys during the WCC tournament and we kept meeting people up and I was carrying around a 1/5 of SoCo in my hand, got tired walking around MGM/NYNY/Hooters so I just started chugging.

3) --sneakers during the day, shoes at night, flip flops at the beach/pool

--t-shirt/polo during the day, IRONED, COLLAR shirts and blazers at night, topless at the beach/pool

--jeans and shorts during the day, PANTS at night, board shorts at the pool

Remember it and don't mix it up

4) hit up in-n-out, best drunk food ever

5) pace yourself, first time I passed out after the buffet and countless long islands, i woke up and realized the super bowl was over the next day. One of my boys, went 56+ hours straight and then passed out for like 14 hours and the trip was over. I give him credit, he smashed a Playmate so unless he won the Jackpot he wasnt going to top anything that weekend.

6) BRING $$$$$, if you don't want to pay bottleservice and dont want to wait in longs lines at the entrance. Wait for a security guard to walk by or look at you and start counting your money ($100s). If they see you have cash, your probably going to drop it. Me and my boys seperate in twos,  be nice to the doorman, and be confident, not cocky and loud. Don't act like ur on Spring Break, these guys don't make enough to deal with ur BS.
