I had these bad boys when they came out in the 4th grade. I wore them until my mom finally saw my socks poking through the soles and threw them out while Islept. Best shoe I ever owned, hands down. Does anyone have any info on these as well? Every once in awhile I see a pair pop up on ebay, never my sizethough.
 
Maan I forgot all about those, dude in my class had those and I wanted them so bad lol...I don't remember what grade I was though...if they were to retrothese they'd be on my list...lol
 
It would definitely be a beautiful thing to see these on shelves again!

Nike Air Diamond Fury I's, one of the most comfortable shoes ive ever worn. Love to see a retro on these but I expect its years off if we ever do. Heressome recycled pics for the fans:

I don't really have anything to add except the OPer is correct. These are fire.

NoneOfYours is also correct. a '98 retro would be nice.

Just thought I'd share my good fortune. I had been needing some Diamond Furys for a long time. One of my buddies had them in elementary school and Iwanted them BAD! Same kid also got the Penny 1s, AM 97s, and More Uptempos (was kinda hard to be his friend without being mad at him all the time

). I have always been a fan of the furys. I watched a pair of the regularwhite/black cw go for a pretty high price on eBay a while back and started looking for them again. I had wondered if they were ever gonna retro, butwasn't really holding my breath.

Anyway, I just got these a few days ago and I am still pumped! They are in unbelievably good condition for the age and are rock solid as far as wearability isconcerned. And ditto on the comfortability, these things feel sweet.

There's a mom and pop sporting goods store back home that still has the black/white cleats DS with box (among other cleats). I'll be getting themeventually and I'll try to remember to post them here. I'm glad to see other real Griffey fans in here who haven't just begun liking him due tothe AGM1 retro.
And, like most of you, I hope these will end up making their way down the retro pike:

These seem to be the forgotten Griffey's. Can't find ANY info on these on the internet. Best I could do is this pic. The white/uni blue/yellowcolorway is FIRE!!! Someone post pics!

I remember when I got these. My grandmother bought them for me. My first pair of sneakers that made an impression on me. Hope they retro these.
 
I know they made a black/white colorway of these... but did they made a royal blue/white colorway as well? Or did I imagine that?
