Finally went to a stand-alone CFA last week on my way to Chicago. Employees all nice as hell, super fast service with how freaking packed it was inside and 30 cars in the drive thru

Gonna watch this later and then report back on whether it's accurate or not. Worked at a CFA from 14-18. Hated every second of it.
Edit: watched it, and many of the points were applicable. I quit in 2010, about two years before the whole marriage controversy started popping off. The discount part was accurate, we only got a 50% discount before or after a shift, never on a day you weren't working. Also the part about going to any Chick-fil-A and flashing your badge and expecting a discount was accurate. Funny, they used to give us a rack of coupons to hand out at our high school--the good coupons that don't require you to buy anything first--and my boy and I would take them to the mall Chick-FIl-A about 10 minutes ago to use them. Manager caught wind, and told our manager at the store we worked at since he recognized us, and we got reprimanded for that
I have so many stories about that place. Got put on a two week probation and threatened with losing my job if I didn't smile more 
. Was made to wear the Chick-Fil-A cow suit on 90+ degree days. I could go on and on.

I don't know man I hope you have more stories to share man because I'm not seeing Chick-Fil-A doing anything wrong here. Yeah I'm sure being in the cow suit is hard, but I am betting they had you coming in frequently for water breaks and cooling you down. The smiling part yeah that seems OD, however when I hit up CF the workers are always happy and smiling. It is like working at Disney you have to have a certain attitude to work their, it is not for everyone. Regarding the marriage controversy I forgot what the issue is but just did a quick search and it said;
According to Chicago Alderman Proco "Joe" Moreno, Chick-fil-A has a statement of respect for all sexual orientations in an internal document called Chick-fil-A: Who We Are and has promised that its not-for-profit arm, WinShape, will not contribute money to groups that oppose gay marriage
I am cool with that, I am not into the gay lifestyle however as long as you don't try and push it on me we can keep it moving. Do what makes you happy.
On another note I just heated up some CF cookies last night, a quick 10 seconds. SMH.

I order well done for fries and sandwich.. I order 3 Polynesian sauces.. No pickles on the sandwich..
Waited a extended period.. No well done fries and sandwich and no sauces.. Pickles on the sandwich .
Personally;
I also didnt like the peach shake.. Chucks of peaches kept getting stuck in the straw and I needed a spoon because I was in a rush..
