But really though, if you want to sleep like a baby, take a combo of a muscle relaxer, a general analgesic, and an anti inflammatory, plus a glass of port, a scotch, whatever.

That 3 pill combo + the alcohol just knocks you out, and you never want to get out of bed. You feel like a lead weight and you're just sooooooooooooooooooooooooo relaxed.
