I swear its like this in most boutique stores I mean I havn't had any really bad experiences like some of yall but the people working there always got thisattitude like they better then you

My @$+ would've sat there in front of him waiting to pay for maybe then 2 minutes and after that just attempt to leave the store without paying...Let's see how that plays out. But nah, the times I've gone to Supreme they've been good to me; we've had short convos n %@*! too... I'veheard about their rudeness but never witnessed it =/

i worked at a Korean shoe store

and the managers would always be on it like "HELP THE CUSTOMERS"

if you work retail IT'S YOUR JOB to provide good customer service. regardless if the customer buys something or not. it shouldn't be so hard forretail employees to acknowledge customers.

i don't mean none of that being on your customers nuts from the second they walk in type service because that crap irritates me. i know with bigger storescorporate tells/ brainwashes the employees to having a featured product in hand and nagging you from the second you get in, but all thats needed is a simple,"Hi how are you doing?" and "If you need any help or anything just let me know" goes a long way.

Who in their right mind would wait 7 mins. for a cashier to finish a phone call?

I know you're exaggerating the time but still. After 1 min. you should either speak out or walk out.
 
i walk into the store yesturday at 3 oclock and it smelled like weed up in there, they were to high to help you!!!
 
1. pick what you want

2. bring it to the front so they can ring it up

3. stick em in the face and leave


GOOD customer service is a big part of a business, you cant just ignore that.
