Is this a reseller with legit pairs or a Grey Market agent?

I bought 3 pair of Royals ($300 each) from a new connect a week after RD. With all the grey market pairs I don't know if he is a reseller with legit shoes or a grey market agent. Here are photos from his IG and Twitter.
