I'm not knocking anyone's hustle or hating by any means but someone pointed this out over the weekend in the Nike forum. For those that post in thesneaker sub-forums, you already know about the House of Hoops Pearl Foamposite Pro fiasco. Usually members who scam are banned from Niketalk as scammingmembers is like breaking one of the ten NT commandments. My question is how come this member is allowed to remain a member after scamming then after beingharrassed endlessly refunds his customers? Shouldn't scammers be banned from Niketalk whether or not they give a refund? Just a question.

The mods/admins didnt see a reason for him to be banned after he gave back the money...even though he wasnt going to give it back if he knew he could get awaywith it

decides to give refunds
gets unbanned from NT
