It's 2013, What Technologies Should We Have By Now That Don't Exist?

I want an a la cart tv service. I watch 10 channels max...i should be able to pay for them and thats it. And not have to pay an extra $15 a month because i want a fox soccer channel....
I don't understand why its 2013 and traffic still exists. Why don't cars drive themselves or why haven't we perfected public transportation or some sort of teleportation device or personal flying machines...something that makes traffic obsolete
I thought we would have some sort of 3 or 4d gaming by now. More virtual reality type things should exist i thought.
I thought we would be able to control things with brain waves by now too lol.

Can't embed from phone but
basically more control over objects with brain waves like posted above. surprised the wii is as innovative as gaming has become.

also our vehicles on some other type of alternative fuel, but those are gobbled up by oil companies and suppressed from the public. smh

Only thing in here that we should already have that isn't a reach, is...

The cable thing...

i'd like to think we'd have at least 50 MPG standard on all cars with standard 4 door sedans hitting 100 MPG and above.
