Itunes said they had an update last night so i downloaded it which is something I hardly ever do. After it updated, all the songs on my ipod are gone and Ican't put anything on there anymore. I tried to do the ipod restore thing but it didn;t work either. I'm pissed. I still got the songs in itunes butwhen i sync, they don't go to to the ipod. WTF can i do....*%*#.
my friend had the same problem when he updated his his itumes he couldnt sync his ipod. he took it to the apple store and they said his ipod was messed andgave him a new one so u might have the same thing
I refuse to update my iTunes. My friend updated his and has had nothing but problems with his now as well. Plus, I like having the numerical-artists listed at the top of the list rather than the end as the new iTunes catergorizes them.
his was under warranty so i dont know about urs. But still give them ur ipod say its not syncing after u did that update and they will check it out andhopefully give u a new one if urs isnt under warranty
anybody know what apple's return policy is? I have a brand new ipod shuffle that I received as a giftn but I already have a nano. I don't have a receipt. The shuffle is brand new, in box.
never update anything from apple. the ipod "update" that came out when the video first came out for the classic ipods just made them all crash so you go out there and buy new videoipods. apple = evil
theyll give you a gift card if they accept it... but just in case they dont take it back to bestbuy or walmart whichever you know youll buy something frombecause they do no reciept returns all the time
The update as soon as the Iphone came out killed the SYNC on my 30gb Ipod photo. Damn Apple, they are seriously making me consider the new 80gb Zune. I'vetried everything, and itunes loads up but never syncs, been dying to hear American Gangster on the road.
remove all tags stickers or anything that has anything to do with the apple store or wherever it came from go to best buy, i think they will accept returns on stuff with no receipt, or is it walmart in exchange for a gift card, better than an apple store gift cardbecause theres more things to buy
I installed the iTunes update and it's great I was having problems with my iPod (I switched it from a PC to Mac) and after the update they were fixed I am quite pleased
if you installed the update... but dont have the quicktime all the way updated the ipod wont show your songs... Quicktime player needs to be updated as well. Iupdated the software this morning on the ipod... but not anything else i was heated when i got to work no tunes .
