Got in on the Klarna deal and ordered the materials to attempt the black swoosh. only customizing i've done is bleaching some denim SBs..how hard could a little painting be! lol

using this vid but will tape off around the swoosh. this guy clearly a pro.

Only thing with customizing shoes yourself is that the paint always chips and you have to constantly reapply it. Not worth the hassle imo

Prepped with acetone, 2 coats and about 3 hours total. This was my first ever painting sneakers so I took a lot of breaks due to eye strain from zeroing in on the edges with a fine brush. After wearing them, tiny bits of white are showing within the stitching and parts of the toe where it creased are showing specks of white. If you go at it, I recommend walking in your pair in the home to crease it up a bit.

You can add a few more layers and matte finisher to help

My pair came creased :/. Not a huge deal but they arent natural crease marks that would happen with wear. May try to find another pair and return

not too bad. might as well just wear them than spend the time and effort to track down a replacement pair. enjoy the shoes!
