Got them on FNL.  The mobile site was actually live about a minute prior to 7AM.

Tip for the WC rewards...USE THE MOBILE SITE!  The desktop version never accepts mine anymore (used to), even when they've been "applied", but the mobile version works like a charm.

My bad on the bungled reply, Contact customer service and give them your order info. I've done through email, where I send them a screenshot of my order confirmation and they verify the purchase and add the cashback.
