Jordan 4 Military Blue Legit Check - PLEASE HELP!!!

I recently bought some 4s From a local thrift store,
They are really beat up but want to see if it is worth restoring them,

They appear legit, however used Military Blues don't generally bring a premium so I wouldn't expect too much in the end either way.
