Jordan 6 Infrared Box label?

I bought this pair of 2019 6s, and the kicks look legit. Inside of the box has sticker and QA stamp. But the outside of the box has this weird label I’ve never seen. Is this fake?? The guy I bought them from swears it’s just an overseas label, but I’ve never heard of that. What you guys think? It’s the bottom left label.

It seems like a label placed by the retailer. That sticker wouldnt worry me much.
