Hey guys

I took a crack at my first at my first sole swap recently.

I wanted a pair of bred 1's, but didn't want to shell out $350&up and even if I did id likely never wear them.

They are hardly perfect, but I'm pretty happy with how they came out.[emoji]128513[/emoji]

Things I learned:

-Of course do not use boiling water to loosen up the glue on the 1.5

-When removing the soles on the 1.5 start by cutting and removing this part

-It takes a lot of heat to loosen up the glue

- the back of the heel is the most difficult part to remove and is easier when you have started somewhere else

- the glue lines are higher on the 1.5s in some areas. You may not be able to completely hide them and may need to paint.

- do not glue all in 1 shot! It's best to do in 3 steps. Toe/mid/heel and not necessarily in that order. Start where the glue lines are the highest and do not line up perfectly.

Gonna do these bad boys next and hope they will come out better[emoji]128077[/emoji]
