Jordan Cleaning/Restoration Question

I have several J's that are in decent condition and that have the possibility to be restored to atleast 9.5 out of 10. I have the blu/black jordan 1's.The white bottoms are turning yellow..I wanted to ask if they could be painted and if so what type of paint? Also on my white/fire red and my Grape V's thenetting on the side is sligtly tinted yellloow. What can I use to get them back to look normal? Thanks -Young Hell
